In this pivotal role, asSales Manager for the Lower South Island, you'll combine strategic thinking withpeople leadership to deliver outstanding sales performance. HOW YOU'LL DO ITRevenue Success:
- Craft and implement a clear, market-driven sales strategy.
- Guide your team to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging NZME's full media portfolio.
- Foster and strengthen customer relationships through innovative advertising solutions.
- Provide your team with the tools, insights, and resources they need to excel.

- Align your vision with NZME's goals and communicate this effectively across teams.

You're an accomplished professional witha wealth of experience in media sales, strategy, and teamdevelopment. You've delivered successful campaigns, exceeded sales targets, andinspired teams to achieve greatness. Key qualities include:
- Experience: Substantial background in people leadership, media sales is an advantage, delivering on sales targets, and innovative planning.
- Strategic Mindset: A visionary who can align team goals with organisational objectives.
- Computer literacy: You will need to become proficient in BI Dashboards, CRM, and other booking software.
- Audience-First Approach: Data-savvy, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the media market.
