You're an accomplished professional witha wealth of experience in media sales, strategy, and teamdevelopment. You've delivered successful campaigns, exceeded sales targets, andinspired teams to achieve greatness. Key qualities include:

• Experience: Substantial background in people leadership, media sales is an advantage, delivering on sales targets, and innovative planning.
• Strategic Mindset: A visionary who can align team goals with organisational objectives.
• Computer literacy: You will need to become proficient in BI Dashboards, CRM, and other booking software.
• Audience-First Approach: Data-savvy, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the media market.
