About the Role

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Export Documentation Coordinator to join their expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of export documentation while maintaining full compliance with all regulations and requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and processing accurate export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, manufacturing declarations, certificates of origin, and MPI certificates.
  • Managing letters of credit and ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards.
  • Liaising with banks regarding documentation and letter of credit requirements.
  • Staying current with changes in export regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with the logistics team to streamline and optimise export workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar export documentation role.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Prodoc is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
