We are seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage freight and logistics for domestic and international customers. You'll coordinate shipments, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment. This role is critical to supporting our production and after-sales service activities. The key responsibilities are:

  • Prepare and manage import/export documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate packaging and dispatch of goods, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage corrective actions when needed.
  • Liaise with freight providers to meet service and cost requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Our ideal candidate will also have:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and import/export documentation.
  • Computer literacy with excellent MS Word and Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet commitments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
  • Current NZ Driver's Licence.
