Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator for our company based in Auckland. The operator will perform the below mentioned tasks:

- Gathering, collating, and preparing information for data entry.
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Capturing data into digital databases and conducting regular backups.
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- As required, generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- As required, performing administrative tasks such as filing, monitoring office supplies, digitizing, and printing.

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week**.

**Other Requirements**
- Available to work in shifts
- Outstanding time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to focus for extended periods of time.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
