Real Estate Administrator

Join a high-performing, people-focused organisation. We're on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to support a busy Real Estate sales team and ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

We're seeking someone with proven administration experience who can take initiative, work independently, and juggle competing demands with ease.

Key Responsibilities

As the central support for the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering smooth, efficient office operations, including:

  • Offering a warm, professional first point of contact for clients and customers—both in person and over the phone.
  • Managing the processing of key documentation, including property listings, agreements, and confirmations.
  • Creating marketing materials such as flyers, window cards, and DLEs.
  • Coordinating, ordering, and maintaining essential documentation and resources.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administration role (Real Estate is a plus)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and (ideally) Adobe Photoshop.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organisational capability with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and support multiple team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fast and accurate typing.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong sense of professionalism.
