We are a bespoke investment real estate agency. Our principal has been involved in the sale of 5,000+ properties over the last 23 years, to property investors across New Zealand. We sell directly to property investors from our database, through our partner financial advisory companies and via on-line listing portals such as Trade Me and realestate.co.nz

We are looking for an experienced Investment Real Estate Agent to work from our Christchurch office, who will have a national reach. There are no shortage of listings - we need someone who loves to sell. Ideally you would meet the following criteria:

- A real estate agent salesperson license (1-year minimum, ideally more)
- A good head for numbers and spreadsheets
- A background in finance and/or working with investors
- An existing property investor
- An understanding of off -the-plan investing (OTP)

Our business covers all things property and our customers are spread right across

New Zealand. You will be able to sell any type of property from second-hand houses, off-the-plan new builds, existing residential rentals, commercial, retail and rural property.

You need to be:

- A high-energy, driven achiever who has made at least 30+ sales.
- Great with customers, following up and keeping in touch with buyers
- Digitally capable with regard to Trade Me, realestate.co.nz and digital CRMs
- Self-sufficient to make calls, following up leads and run a structured diary
- Happy to travel across New Zealand for day and or overnight trips

You will be mentored by a 23-year veteran and will become one of the few sales people who can competently and confidently sell investment property based on the numbers.
