Are you passionate about IT and ready to make a difference in a dynamic environment?  We are seeking a dedicated Support Analyst who has a passion for process improvement, to join our team. Reporting to the Business Systems and IT Manager, you will be the first point of contact for Service Management, playing a key role in supporting our technology solutions and ensuring smooth operations across the business.

What you'll be doing:

· Managing  the operational day to day workload of the Service Management queue

· st level support to all staff, working closely with people across the business to ensure their IT needs are satisfied

· Providing technical support to end users, resolving software and hardware issues efficiently

· Assisting with system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting

· Collaborating with business units to understand and address technology needs

· Documenting issues and solutions to enhance our knowledge base

· Project management of small IT and telecommunication projects

Skills & experience we need from you:

· years in a Support Desk or IT Support Role

·       Microsoft Office 365 and related components

·       Microsoft Windows (7 onwards)

·       Microsoft Enterprise Systems

·       Microsoft Service Administration (basic user enablement tasks)

·       Microsoft Azure Administration

·       Networking (e.g. TCP/IP)

·       Vendor and SLA management

Advantageous:

· EDI/Integration

· Xendesk

· ERP + xRM Platforms + SQL Database experience

To be successful you will need the following:

· Demonstratable problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

· Proven organisational and time management capabilities to consistently meet deadlines

· Skill at managing multiple priorities while efficiently resolving challenges and issues

· Clear, calm and articulate approach to supporting others
