Contract Details:

  • 12-month hourly rate contracts.
  • Quick start available for the right person.
  • Dunedin based only.

Deliverables/Purpose:

These roles will support a significant transformation in the health sector, by assisting the preparation and transition period for upcoming large-scale digital change. As part of a larger programme, you'll join a readiness team working closely with other workstreams and across the business playing a critical part in supporting the implementation and go-live phase. This will see you responsible for activities such as user training and support, documentation, basic system/application admin and more. 

Your Fit:

  • Background in a similar role supporting IT implementations.
  • Previous experience in implementation phase, through go-live and hypercare.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Technically savvy, with ability to fulfil system admin tasks as required.
  • Ability to train users and support through digital change.
  • High level of documentation skills.
  • Analytically minded, with natural problem-solving ability.
