Through our Healthy Practice team, we help health professionals and their practice teams create thriving, sustainable workplaces, by providing practical HR & practice ownership, compliance support and advice.

We're looking for a Healthy Practice Coordinator to join our People & Transformation team on a 12-month fixed term. This role is a great fit for someone who's organised, proactive, and enjoys variety - a mix of HR coordination, account and content management, and HR advisory support to the services subscribers.

What You'll Do

As the Healthy Practice Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our Healthy Practice services running smoothly. You'll:

  • Support our Healthy Practice Advisers by managing contract & HR queries from Practice Managers and service subscribers.
  • Maintain and update our online Healthy Practice portal, ensuring HR resources, templates, and tools are accurate, compliant, engaging, and easy to find.
  • Support and manage the services account and subscription base - including invoicing & renewals.
  • Coordinate report, newsletters, webinars, and communications for our subscriber community.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the organising force behind the scenes - someone who loves making things run better and helping people access the information they need while developing or utilising their HR generalist.

What we're looking for

You'll bring:

  • Experience in HR, employee relations, or business support - ideally in the health sector.
  • A good understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
  • Bonus points for experience with accounting systems such as Xero or website/content management tools
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to "give anything a go."

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field are preferred, but practical experience and enthusiasm count just as much.
