**About the Role**:
We need a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advisor to join our People & Culture Team in Wellington. The overall purpose of this role is to deliver high quality, flexible HR services, responsive to the needs of the organisation, with a particular focus on remuneration. The role will provide generalist Human Resource advice and support in recruitment, engagement, remuneration, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and other HR related projects.

**About You**:
You will bring your previous experience a Senior Human Resources Advisor along with your understanding of remuneration and industry experience in financial services and/or technology sectors.

Your key strengths will be:

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
