Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and implement human resource strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
Ø Design and implement performance management systems to track and enhance individual and team performance.
Ø Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ø Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training and development programs.
Ø Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Ø Drive initiatives to enhance employee well-being, including health and wellness programs and work-life balance initiatives.
Ø Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance across all HR practices.

**R**equirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 years of progressive experience in human resource management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven track record in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change initiatives.
Certification in Human Resources preferred.
