What You'll Do:
We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated and driven HR Coordinator who would be responsible for the management of the HR administration for Australia and New Zealand(ANZ).

The role is responsible for managing the administration of the new joiner process, employee life cycle changes and managing employee queries coming into the HR team across Australia and New Zealand. In addition, the role is responsible for managing updates in our HRIS (Workday) reporting from Workday and other HR-related platforms. The role also manages invoicing for the HR team as well as the administration associated with our benefit programs.
- New Joiner Administration
- Employee Lifecycle Changes & Termination Administration.
- Human Resources Information System Management (HRIS)
- Query Management
- Benefits Administration & Invoice Management

What You'll Bring

To be successful you will ideally have:

- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administration experience and query management
- HR-related tertiary qualifications
- Experience in HRIS such as Workday, SAP etc.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office products
