THE ROLE
A great opportunity has become available within our business for an experienced Territory Manager to service Grocery, Mass and Pharmacy customers in NZ.
This role reports through to the National Field Manager and is both a challenging and rewarding role. You will be responsible for increasing Beiersdorf (NIVEA & Elastoplast) sales, product ranging and presence in store and building strong business partnerships with key trade partners. Other responsibilities include driving executional excellence in store shelf management strategy, maximising distribution opportunities within the Beiersdorf portfolio and the continuous evaluation of all promotional activities and displays to ensure maximum effectiveness.
This is a pivotal role within the business and provides you the opportunity to develop your territory management and customer relationship skills. Travel is required and some overnights, frequency depends on home location.
YOU
- Have a minimum of 3 year's FMCG Territory Management experience.
- Possess strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
- Be an individual who wants to work for a progressive company with Work autonomously and prove success in working remotely to grow brands that is well regarded and respected in the industry.
- Have a genuine desire and initiative with a solid commercial acumen who can develop positive business relationships in challenging times
- Analytical and imitative skills, proven ability to spot opportunities through data.
- Create presentations for buyers/owners to Beiersdorf standard, present and follow up with confidence
- Minimum intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills
