About the role

As part of our Dispatch team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our boats are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations. This is a hands-on position, and your day-to-day will include:

  • Perform detailed boat preparation procedures, including washing, dismantling of components, and protective wrapping of all disassembled parts.
  • Conduct the safe and efficient loading and securing of boats onto various transport carriers, including racks, trucks, standard trailers, and into shipping containers.
  • Accurately complete documentation, performing quality checks, and verifying manifest consistency prior to shipment.
  • Keeping our yard organised and running smoothly

Your forklift skills will be second nature, and your attention to detail will ensure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
