Boundaryline has grown significantly over the past 3 years, and we have ambitious growth plans into the future. To support that expansion, we are looking for a skilled Customer Sales Support member to join our team in Invercargill.

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to put your sales skills to the test and become an integral member of our Sales Team in an office-based role.

Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service, effectively managing sales enquiries, assisting Key Account Managers, and general sales-related administrative tasks.

Sales Support responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing professional and efficient front-line customer service for our customers
  • Management of incoming sales enquiries (including calls, walk ins and website leads)
  • Trade sales, including quoting, follow up, and order placement
  • Providing effective support to Key Account Managers, as required
  • Assisting all showroom visitors to our Invercargill branch
  • Coordinating the dispatch of catalogues and samples as required
  • Maintaining NetSuite CRM and company databases

About you:

As our ideal candidate for this role, you will have:

  • A high level of enthusiasm, integrity, and a strong customer focus
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily with a range of audiences
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Sound judgement and the ability to make decisions in the best interests of the company
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • A good level of IT competency, including previous experience using a CRM system
  • Experience in the construction industry (beneficial but not essential)
  • An understanding of the trade market channel environment and/or experience in sales
