We're looking for a strong Logistics & Warehouse Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations from order processing to transport coordination. Work for a leading logistics company in a stable and supportive team

About the role:

You'll play a key part in making sure everything flows seamlessly from the moment customer orders come in, to the moment they're delivered. This position bridges the gap between customers, carriers, and warehouse teams, ensuring communication is clear and shipments run to plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily dispatches and ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Liaising with transport providers to confirm pick-ups, deliveries, and container movements
  • Monitoring warehouse documentation, including consignment notes, and ensuring records are complete and compliant
  • Monitoring inventory levels and keeping stock up to date
  • Managing data entry for both import and export shipments across sea and air freight
  • Maintaining order accuracy within the warehouse management system
  • Assisting with general administrative support for logistics and warehousing operations

What you'll bring:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, or freight administration role
  • Strong computer skills, experience using CargoWise is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confidence communicating with transport companies and customers
  • Understanding of import/export processes
  • A team-player mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
