We work directly with our OEM partner (Scania New Zealand) to provide tailored and flexible financing solutions to customers.
What You Will Do
Based in Wiri, you will be part of the Scania Finance team across New Zealand you will be responsible for;
- General administration and customer services tasks – additional
- Report deviations and actively monitor compliance - delete
- Maintain Contract Management systems, including the closure of contracts – delete
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain all relevant documentation required for Settlement, accounting transactions and reporting - delete
- Report deviations and participate in compliance projects - delete
Who You Are
To be successful as a Settlement Administrator Officer within our organisation, we believe that you will have;
- Experience in financial services a bonus
- Robust commercial acumen
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to develop, implement and maintain strong processes that meet legal compliance requirements
- Exceptional internal and external customer service and administrative skills
- Ability to learn and use array of technology platforms
