Office Administrator – Full-Time (Hybrid)

Location: Auckland CBD / Hybrid (in-office + work-from-home)

Salary: From $60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Reports to: General Manager

About the role

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support a growing trans-Tasman organisation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work closely with Regional Managers across New Zealand and Australia to help keep operations running smoothly.

This is an autonomous role where you'll take ownership of your workload and make sure key systems, records, and communications stay organised and accurate. You'll also be part of a wider team of virtual administrators who collaborate and support one another day to day.

The company is in a deliberate growth phase, and the person stepping into this role will have the chance to shape how the business evolves and grow with it.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer service calls and email correspondence
  • Maintain and update data within the company CRM system
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Managers in NZ and Australia
  • Assist with franchisee system setup, record keeping, and general administration
  • Work collaboratively with other remote administrators to ensure consistency and accuracy

About you

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM or data entry systems
  • Proactive and confident working independently
  • Familiarity with Xero or Ezidebit is an advantage
  • Comfortable working both in the office and from home
