We're looking for passionate New Business Consultants to join our energetic Reverse Mortgage team.

We are accepting applications from Auckland, Ashburton, Christchurch & Tauranga.

You'll deliver exceptional service to prospective reverse mortgage customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their options and helping them unlock financial freedom in retirement.

Each day you will:

  • Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, answering questions and highlighting the benefits of our reverse mortgage solutions.
  • Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions.
  • Proactively manage your pipeline, ensuring systems and documentation are all up to date.
  • Follow up on leads and keep things moving.
  • Roll up your sleeves to get things done.

You're adaptable, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can juggle priorities while building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Your ideal experience and skills:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Experience within financial services is plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
