We have a Full-Time Permanent opportunity that has become available to join a talented, highly motivated and engaged team as a New Business Consultant in our Life insurance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring prompt and accurate set-up, completion and issuance of policies by liaising with financial advisors, district offices, customers and external service providers.
- Providing efficient and accurate new business processing and service
- Regularly following up all pending business with customers/advisers, with a high focus on large propositions
- Developing and clearly communicating appropriate responses. Ensure customer understands response and that they are satisfied with the outcome
- Ensuring that you effectively contribute to the success and smooth operation of the Key Relationships and New Business Team

**What we are looking for**:

- Computer skills to a competent level - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook
- Strong customer service skills and ownership mindset
- Organisation and time management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- High standard of accuracy (an eye for detail)
- Team player and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive service orientation and customer focus
