  • Analysing and improving organisational structures and co-creating new habits that reinforce new ways of thinking and working

What you'll do:

You will be a key part of and lead a team of consultants to solve complex client challenges and build high-performing organisations. This requires having a strong sense of business acumen alongside deep expertise and experience in modern leadership and ways of working.

The role involves leading and managing transformational delivery including teaching, coaching and mentoring senior leaders and their teams. This often involves leading teams from launch through growth, and reaching high performance. You will also work with leaders and executives to help them reframe their thinking.
