We're partnering with a major infrastructure project entering its transition phase, and we need an Accounts Payable Administrator to support the finance team during this critical period. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

This role is 100% in the office but offers flexible hours.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing invoices (low to medium volume)
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Handling bank journals
  • Processing claims
  • Performing reconciliations
  • Coding transactions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in accounts administration or accounts payable
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and MS Office
