We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables & Credit Administrator to join our team at our Head office based in Ellerslie on a permanent full-time basis.
About the role:
Duties can include anything from managing credit checks, generating manual invoices & credit notes, reconciliations, managing a ledger and receipting customer payments. Working to daily and month-end deadlines, we require someone who can work well in busy situations and can prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
What we're looking for:
• Will have previous Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience, with the right attitude
• Has at least intermediate level MS Office skills
• Exposure to and understanding of Credit Control and debt collection - however, we can teach you this
• Ability to learn new systems (we use Microsoft D365)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
