Are you ready to drive significant business outcomes aligned with Bluecurrent's strategic goals as part of an innovative, forward-thinking team? Join the team as a Digital Services Manager and manage stakeholder relationships, provide expert consulting and oversee domain ownership.
In this role, you will manage the backlog for application initiatives, identifying solutions, specifying application support and change requirements, and addressing issues and minor enhancements for applications currently in production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder management across business and technical teams to align with organisational goals.
- Oversee a domain.
- Provide consulting on relevant initiatives and issues, offering expertise and guidance to drive successful outcomes.
- Manage the backlog of requests and minor enhancements for application initiatives, prioritising tasks to meet business needs.
- Define application support and change requirements.
- Participate in industry activities to stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital services with overall business strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for digital services processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection standards.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve problems in in-production applications to minimise downtime and improve system reliability.
- Configuration and change management including scripting and automation
What we are looking for
You will ideally have a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field including quantitative qualifications. Demonstrated experience in managing digital services, stakeholder engagement and problem solving is required. Outstanding communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Additionally, you will bring demonstrated experience in domain-specific processes, application support, backlog management, and implementing minor enhancements. You will bring technical skills across the technology stack and are familiar with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and delivery.
