This role is ideal for a performance or digital strategist ready to step up and own the client strategy. You will partner with senior marketers to shape how brands attract, convert, and retain customers across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO & Marketplace. You will translate insights into clear action and guide cross-functional teams to achieve measurable commercial outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategic Growth

  • Build trusted senior relationships and act as a strategic partner.
  • Define clear digital strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Deliver insights that elevate decision-making and client confidence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance and expand scope.

Channel Performance & Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Oversee SEM, Paid Social, SEO, CRM and Marketplace performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional specialists to deliver integrated execution.
  • Translate data and trends into actionable optimisation plans.
  • Ensure tracking, reporting and workflow processes run efficiently.

Commercial Management & Account Excellence

  • Own budgets, pacing, forecasting and overall commercial health.
  • Strengthen client trust through structured communication and reliable delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and added services.
  • Support internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment and high-quality output.
What we are looking for

Experience

  • 3–5 years in a digital or e-commerce agency, managing multi-channel performance accounts.
  • Proven experience leading senior client relationships, running strategy discussions and driving retention.
  • Hands-on understanding of performance channels (SEM, Paid Social, SEO, CRM, Marketplaces) and how they influence revenue and growth.
  • Background working with cross-functional teams, paid media, creative, analytics, trading or marketplace specialists.

Skills

  • Strong commercial thinking, able to link marketing performance to revenue, margins, ROAS and broader business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication & storytelling, turning data and complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • High-level project management & coordination, ensuring teams, timelines and deliverables stay aligned.
  • Analytical problem-solving, identifying insights, spotting opportunities and driving continuous optimisation.
