OSF Digital's Technical Architects are responsible for providing architecture strategy and design for OSF Digital's clients, with a focus on Salesforce and its related integrations and technologies. Technical Architects are also expected to help OSF Digital build specialist capabilities in relevant Salesforce fields.

The role encompasses a minimum of 80% billable utilisation, with the remaining time focused on pre-sales, internal objectives, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality and profitable service offerings for OSF Digital's clients. Some identification and qualification of opportunities within existing accounts will also be expected.

On a project basis, the role requires hands-on technical involvement alongside project leadership and client relationship management. As senior members of the team, Technical Architects are expected to mentor and coach junior consultants and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver technical designs that meet OSF Digital's standards for quality, timeliness, and profitability
  • Input into requirements and create specifications and architectural artefacts
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client base
  • Provide hands-on delivery within projects as required (development/configuration)
  • Contribute to project estimates and scoping
  • Build and maintain OSF Digital's IP and knowledge base
  • Shape the tools, artefacts, and capability of a successful practice and market offering
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, working closely with the business development team
  • Build strong, trusted relationships within OSF Digital's client base
  • Keep abreast of market trends to ensure OSF Digital remains at the forefront of the industry

Your Profile

  • 3+ years' hands-on architecture experience and 10+ years' commercial development experience
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering solutions for complex, enterprise-level environments
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or App Builder preferred)
  • Demonstrated consulting, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous)
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and change management practices
  • Experience with Salesforce technologies desirable; AI consulting experience an advantage
  • Strong integration design and implementation background
