Due to growth, we are expanding our Professional Services team and are looking for contract Senior Business Analysts to join our team. Preferably you will be located in Waikato, Bay of Plenty or Taranaki.

Position summary: We are seeking contract senior Business Analysts to join our consulting team working across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki regions. You will join our team of consulting level Business Analysts called upon to complete a variety of digital and business focused projects, ensuring that client objectives are met and quality outcomes delivered.

Qualifications and experience

·       Previous consulting experience as a senior Business Analyst

·       A minimum of 10 year's experience working on Business Analysis engagements across three or more industry types

·       Requirements gathering and analysis skills with demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise high level and detailed requirements, and user stories with acceptance criteria

·       Business process modelling experience mapping current and future state processes producing robust documentation and process flows

·       Strong stakeholder management and communications skills at all levels, including workshop facilitation and conflict resolution skills

·       Experience evaluating solution options and completing gap analysis and options

·       Be an analytical thinker able to analyse problems and options at pace

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Ability to show value quickly and make robust decisions in a timely manor

Personal qualities

·       Outcomes focused, not process obsessed

·       Be self-managing and lead by example

·       Be a critical thinker, able to analyse business and system requirements and impacts

·       Comfortable working across multiple client engagements and initiatives with competing priorities

Nice to have but not a requirement

·       IIBA certifications including CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis

·       Ability to work across Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki
