We’re looking for a talented professional to help us keep the good energy flowing.
Within the Technology Portfolio and Programme’s team, the Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and owning the quality domain across all projects and programmes. You will also contribute to the enhancement of quality assurance practices within other technology areas, such as Operations and Data and Analytics teams.
This position involves assessing, planning, and executing tests with various levels of complexity. Additionally, the role includes ensuring high-quality test outcomes in collaboration with our vendor partners and supporting our business teams in conducting effective user acceptance testing.

Along with your relevant qualifications (including ISTQB) and 6+ years experience providing in-depth knowledge of all aspects of software testing, you'll have:
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst or similar role
- Prior experience managing test resources which may include team, business stakeholders, vendor test teams.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of aspects of delivery lifecycle practices.
- Significant experience with test tools (including test automation), methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
- Motivation to proactively grow and develop others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
