The Role

We currently on the lookout for two highly competent Planner with proven skills and experience to join the team in our Auckland Branch.

Using your extensive knowledge of the transport/logistics industry, you will support our Branch Manager to ensure efficient management of our inbound and outbound freight. The hours for this role will most likely sit between 5.30am-6.30pm

Skills and expertise you can offer us:

  • 3 - 5 years in a Freight Planner or Dispatcher position.
  • Experience in using ICOS and/or other TMS systems.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge and understanding of New Zealand.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Above average accuracy and numeracy skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically in Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly competent in navigating and maintaining information in digital systems.
  • Consistent high quality, customer focused approach in all interactions.
  • Effective in establishing long-term relationships and developing strong networks.
  • A collaborative approach in working toward common goals.
  • Strong work ethic, with exemplary time management and organisational skills.
  • Resilient and able to 'think on your feet' in a sometimes time pressured environment.
  • Strong commitment to Health and Safety.
