Here at Auckland Transport we are taking Auckland's transport system into the future, connecting our city to give kiwi's easy journeys. We have an opportunity available for a **Senior Consent Planner** to join us in making it happen

Auckland is growing fast, and our Integrated Networks Division is growing at a pace to match. We have a number of significant projects focussed on redesigning city spaces and transforming transport infrastructure to create a vibrant city that empowers our communities.

**The Role**

We have a team of planners who are responsible for working alongside our project managers to secure the consents for our projects.

You will also work closely with ATs key partners, including Mana whenua, Waka Kotahi, KiwiRail, Auckland Council and Eke Panuku.

Our Planners embody best practice and share their expertise to develop the planning skills and knowledge of team members.

**What We Need**

You see challenges as opportunities. You will have a flexible pragmatic approach to issues and find satisfaction in being in a team which mentors and develops team members.

**Qualifications**

We would love to see our Senior Consent Planner have a Planning degree or similar discipline with a minimum 5-10 year's planning experience in consenting and ideally in infrastructure and public works.
