We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales representative who has the determination and ability to take full ownership for significantly increasing sales in Auckland and surrounding territories. Someone who would thrive on the challenge of finding innovative ways to exceed current sales targets.
If you are a proactive, resourceful salesperson, with strong customer focus, who takes pride in and responsibility for delivering exceptionally high levels of service, and have the dental knowledge to enable you to not only sell new products to dental professionals but guide them on techniques and applications, then this could be your next long-term role.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Increase sales of GC products through effective, knowledgeable, and innovative selling to exceed existing territory targets
- Build and enhance the GC brand and develop positive customer and distributor business relationships
- Presentations and demonstrations to dentists, dental personnel, and distributor sales team to educate, promote and sell GC products
- Co-travel and build mutually beneficial working relationships with our distributor sales representatives
- Establish oneself as a benchmark specialist within the government arena by developing strong and positive relationships with community dental service groups, the dental school and the army by providing outstanding education, support and service and consistently promoting and selling GC products
- Constantly looking for new sales opportunities and unique ways to deliver exceptional service and sales results
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong passion for dentistry and a good understanding of techniques and terminology
- A highly motivated and resourceful individual who can work without direct supervision
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with an exclusive distribution company & as part of a close-knit NZ group and wider Australasian GC team
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- A strong sense of integrity and accountability
- Ability to build strong relationships
- A desire to be the best
