About the Role
This is a key position acting as the go-to support person for our dealers as well as our fleet and commercial customers. Your main responsibilities will be to analyse, audit and process all Chargeback and related invoice transactions. This role works very closely with the Senior Customer Support Analyst, providing support from assisting with fleet data processing and maintenance, through to running and updating fleet solution reports when necessary. This role is crucial to providing our customers with a positive experience and further fostering strong vendor relationships with Bridgestone. This role would best suit a highly proactive individual who can demonstrate strong initiative while thriving both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
To be successful you will need:
- Proven previous experience working in an administration or customer service position
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think on your feet and provide good outcomes for our customers
- Excellent attention to detail with exceptional record keeping and account reconciliation capability
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still responding to customer and dealer queries
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and related systems
