**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Analyst in the role of **Retail Activation Specialist**. In this role you will provide analytical and systems support to the Tip Top New Zealand sales team. Reporting to the Category Strategy & Planning Manager, this role is responsible for maintenance, communication, and analysis of key field execution initiatives, enabled by digital tools such as Salesforce and iMobi. Additionally, you will look for opportunity to continually improve processes, reporting and maintain support between the field and operational sales team.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Full digital platform management of iMobi, our Merchandising app and sales force, our Sales team platform
- Business Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for streamlined functionality / continuous improvement
- ** Retail Activation
- **Accurate and timely loading of key field initiatives (Task and Surveys) and selling materials into digital platforms
- Communication across channels to ensure all team members are kept informed
- Provide forward view analysis and recommendations on Merchandising cost bucket to key business partners and continuous improvement

**About You**

We are looking for someone with experience in areas such as Data & Analytics. Has the ability to distil data into insights and opportunities. You will have proven analytical and problem-solving skills and someone who is proactive and solutions focused. You will have Intermediate-Advanced system skills, ideally in Salesforce and iMobi and intermediate to advanced excel skills. Ideally you will have some experience in BW, Power BI and Tableau, but not essential.
