We're looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Support star — someone organised, proactive and self-sufficient— to help keep our consumer touchpoints and marketing operations running seamlessly.

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Auckland (20–30 hours per week), perfect for someone who loves variety, responsibility and being close to the heart of a growing brand.

What you'll be doing:

Customer Service & E-commerce


• Owning the inbox and managing all customer and consumer enquiries end-to-end


• Delivering warm, helpful, on-brand responses that reflect Clean Collective's tone and values


• Supporting e-commerce queries including orders, deliveries, returns and general product questions

Marketing & Brand Support


• End-to-end management of point-of-sale (POS) materials


• Coordinating and managing store signage across retailers


• Assisting with PR boxes, influencer gifting and brand send-outs


• Supporting trade shows, events and activations, including prep, logistics and on-the-ground support


• Placing and managing promotional orders


• Managing staff uniforms and internal brand assets


• Providing general support across marketing and e-commerce activities

About you


• Highly organised, detail-oriented and great at juggling multiple priorities


• A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers


• Confident managing inboxes, orders and logistics end-to-end


• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-moving environment


• Brand-aware — you care how things look, sound and feel


• 3+ Years Experience in customer service, e-commerce, marketing support or a similar role.
