The primary responsibility of our Credit analyst is to analyse lending applications to ascertain affordability within CCCFA regulations and communicate effectively with our customers and dealers to provide a lending solution. That means we need you to:

• Have 3+ years previous lending experience. Automotive lending industry is a bonus, but we will happily train you if this is a new skill.  We're about growing our people too.
• Be able to work at pace and in a deadline driven environment
• Have an enquiring mind and a great attention to detail
• Have energy and a customer focus
• Communicate effectively in all forms and not be afraid to pick up the phone
• Adopt a solution focused approach when working with customers

This role will suit someone who is more than a tick box /computer says no lender, you need to be comfortable 'working in the grey' - after all, that is the thrill of lending right
