Marketing coordinator - Job description

Position overview:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the commercial and marketing teams by managing key processes, maintaining essential registers, and coordinating projects and communications. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in teams. This could be your first or second role in your career.


Key responsibilities

  • Sales & marketing collateral:

    Ensure the sales and marketing collateral register is kept up to date, maintaining accurate records of all materials.
  • Product packaging:

    Maintain current product packaging collateral in alignment with the product information register, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Packaging design coordination:

    Manage the coordination of the creation of new product packaging designs, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Discounts & deals:

    Maintain the discount and deals register across the commercial team, tracking all active promotions and offers.
  • Email coordination:

    Coordinate emails across customer and consumer communications to ensure timely and effective messaging.
  • Content calendar:

    Maintain the content calendar and collaborate with both customer and consumer specialists to keep it current and relevant.
  • Content creation:

    Assist with customer and consumer focused content creation.
  • Project management:

    Manage small projects within the marketing team, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:

    Work cross-functionally as required on events, new product development, education, digital marketing, and content development initiatives.

Qualifications & skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Naturopath degree from recognised colleges(preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Some exposure to digital tools and platforms (e.g., content calendars, Shopify, Klyavio, Excel)
