Take on a key leadership role as a Branch Supervisor in Henderson, where you'll combine hands-on operational oversight with customer-focused support in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

What you will enjoy doing

• Overseeing receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock
• Coordinating freight with external providers, balancing cost and time frames
• Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts
• Supporting counter sales and merchandising to enhance store sales
• Assisting with administrative tasks including invoicing and liaising on credits
• Demonstrating welding and industrial equipment internally
• Managing workflow with technicians and prioritizing tasks
• Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email support

What makes you great

• Experience in warehouse, workshop, or logistics environments
• Familiarity with welding equipment and industrial tools is beneficial
• Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about welding products
• Proficiency in SAP or similar systems is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy items
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory management
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in working hours
• Commitment to health & safety standards and procedures
