About the Role:
As a key business partner, you will provide financial insights, modelling, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will engage with senior leaders, explain financial trends, articulate future impacts, and leverage feedback to help the business grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Budgeting & Forecasting – manage budgets, monthly forecasts, and 5-year plans.
- Financial Modelling & Analysis - build and maintain driver-based models for scenario planning. Analyse revenue, expenses, KPIs, pricing and business impacts.
- Reporting & Insights - management reports and variance analysis, insights to leadership and support dashboard development.
- Business Partnering - support cross-functional teams with financial planning, present findings and guide managers on results.
- Process Improvement - streamline FP&A systems and reporting, automate recurring reports and analysis.
About You:
Along with your impressive FP&A skills, to be successful in this role you will need to be proactive, confident, and able to build strong relationships with senior and divisional leaders and present insights effectively.
You will have strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with complex business structures and both local and international stakeholders.

Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce and PowerBI will be an advantage.
