This newly created role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology — blending analytical thinking with systems capability to build smarter, more efficient financial processes.

About The Role
As the FP&A Systems Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind the implementation, enhancement and optimisation of the organisation's financial planning and analysis platform. You'll work closely with finance and business leaders to design and embed better ways of working — creating automation, improving forecasting accuracy, and empowering smarter, faster decision-making through data and insight. From system integration to dashboard design, you'll have end-to-end ownership of the FP&A platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value to the business. You'll also provide technical guidance and training to finance users, helping drive adoption and ongoing improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Designing and implementing best practice FP&A processes within the system
  • Integrating the platform with the general ledger and workforce planning systems
  • Developing dashboards, reports and analytics to support business decisions
  • Managing data integrity, governance and maintenance
  • Supporting users, troubleshooting issues and leading training sessions
  • Driving continuous improvement and enhancement of system capabilities

About You
We're Looking For a Confident, Detail-oriented Finance Systems Professional Who Will Bring a Mix Of Technical Expertise And Commercial Understanding, Along With a Passion For Improving How Finance Teams Operate. You'll Ideally Have

  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems or similar.
  • Proven experience with FP&A systems (Such as Power BI, Anaplan, TM1, Workday Adaptive, etc.)
  • A strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Experience developing dashboards and data visualisations
  • Understanding of data integrations and governance frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
