We're looking for a Planning & Performance Analyst who will play a key role in shaping financial insights that influence decisions across the bank. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality financial advice and analysis to help leaders make informed decisions. You'll support the development of business plans, forecasts, and performance reporting, bringing financial data to life through visuals and storytelling. You'll also act as the Business Partner for some of our business units delivering meaningful insights, reporting and forecasting that help drive smarter decisions. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects that drive commercial success while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

For this role we're looking for a qualified finance professional with strong analytical and communication skills. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

  • Proven ability to provide financial advice and performance analysis
  • Confident in creating and presenting business plans aligned to strategic goals
  • Strong business partnering skills, working alongside business leaders to drive the business forward.
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Experienced in financial modelling and supporting business decisions
  • Proficient in building relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
