As the Senior Product Manager within our Home Lending team you will be seen as a leader driving positive engagement and a high-performance culture. You will be managing the end-to-end aspects of Home Lending products, from strategy to execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, strategy, financial performance and roadmaps. Your goal will be to enhance customer experience, maximise product adoption, and achieve business objectives.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, loves to take the lead and is comfortable influencing and collaborating across the value chain. You must be an excellent communicator and will come from a background in financial services.

  • Extensive product knowledge and market experience within the Home Lending industry
  • Strong product management fundamentals
  • Demonstrated experience in improving NPS on a product set
  • A high level of commercial acumen
  • Proven examples of implementing changes and driven observable metrics
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Proven leadership capability and culture building
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
