This isn't your typical admin role. As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for Kiwis across the country who are ready to make the switch to sustainable energy. You'll connect curious leads with our regional sales team, making sure every conversation counts and every appointment is set up for success.

What You'll Be Doing
· Lead the Conversation: You'll handle inbound enquiries from potential customers across New Zealand who want to learn about our solar, battery, HVAC, and EV charging solutions. Your job? Engage them in friendly, professional conversations to understand their needs, and qualify whether they're ready for the next step.
· Be the Connector: Schedule appointments with our regional sales team, ensuring every consultation is properly prepared with the right customer information, power bills, photos, or building plans.
· Keep Things Moving: Follow up with leads who need a bit more time or information. Re-engage previous enquiries. Make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. You'll be the engine that keeps our sales pipeline humming.
· Support the Team: Maintain our CRM system with accurate records, keep the showroom looking sharp, update pricing catalogues, and collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve how we handle leads.
· Grow With Us: As you settle in, there'll be opportunities to generate additional revenue through upselling services, with commission incentives to reward your efforts.
Who We're Looking For
We're open-minded about who you are. You might be early in your career and hungry to learn about sales, or you might be someone who genuinely loves customer interaction and wants a fulfilling role without the pressure of carrying a sales target yourself.
You'll need:
- Excellent phone manner and genuine people skills
- Strong attention to detail (you'll be juggling multiple leads and schedules)
- Good written and verbal English
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Comfort with social media platforms
