The opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented PrePress and Workflow Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CCL Label in Penrose, Auckland. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our prepress and production workflow processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the prepress and production workflow, ensuring all jobs are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with clients/Sales team to gather and confirm job requirements, and communicate any issues or changes
  • Prepare, check and distribute print-ready files and artwork to the production team
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar prepress or workflow coordination role, preferably within the Labels or packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of prepress and production processes, file formats, and colour management
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using prepress and workflow management software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Esko, Illustrator
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and Sales teams
  • A proactive, organised and adaptable approach to work
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
