About the Role:

  • Nurture and convert leads to build a robust pipeline of new clients
  • Generate new leads with support from an experienced marketing function
  • Deliver tailored mortgage solutions that exceed client expectations and drive repeat business
  • Guide customers through the home loan process from application to settlement
  • Cultivate strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and referral partners to maximise smooth transactions
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes
  • Champion the client experience from initial contact through to settlement, ensuring satisfaction and referrals

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years experience as a Mortgage Adviser within the banking industry or independent practice
  • New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 Residential Property Lending - a must have. Additional strands would be beneficial.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Deep knowledge of lending products, credit policies, and the home loan process
  • Knowledge around Kiwisaver and Insurance products would be hugely beneficial
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
