About the Opportunity:

We're searching for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor who's hungry to grow, driven to win new business, and ready to step into long-term leadership opportunities. You'll work directly with high-performing leaders who've built their success from the ground up, learning from their wins, their mistakes, and their proven strategies.

This role offers a clear pathway to equity after 12 months, giving you the chance to build something meaningful and establish yourself as a recognised name in the mortgage industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
  • Connect with banks and maintain key lending relationships
  • Provide tailored mortgage advice to a wide range of clients
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Confidently deliver $8M–$11M in settlements per quarter
  • Develop your personal brand and reputation within the mortgage sector
  • Contribute to business growth through ideas, energy, and ambition

Future Leadership Pathway:

For the right person, this role can evolve into leading and managing a team of Mortgage Advisors. You'll learn from industry leaders who are passionate about mentoring and helping you accelerate your growth.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Financial Services Level 5 qualified in Lending (essential)
  • Confident in achieving $8M–$11M in quarterly settlements
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Driven to build a personal brand and long-term career in mortgages
  • Motivated by opportunity, ownership, and long-term progression
  • Holds a valid visa to work and live in New Zealand
