Our business continues to grow and we're looking for a qualified, motivated Mortgage Advisor who's ready to take the next step in their career.

Whether you're currently working at one of the major lenders, or already in the mortgage advisory space, this is your chance to join a values-led business that puts clients and relationships first, without sacrificing commercial outcomes.

You Might Be

  • Currently employed as a Mobile Mortgage Manager or Advisor in a bank, but feeling constrained
  • An experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to step up and scale up
  • Someone who values relationships and reputation over volume sales
  • Driven by independence but still wants to be part of a team
  • A licensed Financial Adviser with a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)

You'll Bring

  • A current Level 5 qualification
  • Recent mortgage lending or advisory experience (bank or non-bank)
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • A drive to build a successful, client-first advisory business
  • The highest ethical standards and full regulatory compliance
