**About the Role**

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our fast growing, Auckland based team.

**The Role will involve**:

- Obtain approval from the banks and negotiate best possible terms and conditions.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Must possess a vehicle.

**About you**

You’re a hungry, self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive for growing a business. You have a passion for customer service and naturally like helping others with advice and guidance. You can quickly cultivate positive relationships with customers. You have experience in a previous mortgage focused role and you aren’t afraid of a role where your performance can be measured down to the dollar. You’re competitive on results — but collaborative on matters of the team and larger business you’ll be part of.

**To be successful you must have**:

- One or two years of experience in lending in NZ.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- A friendly personality and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to forge strong relationships with customers and peers.
- Multitasking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Current registration as Registered Financial Adviser or pursuing National Certificate in Financial Services - Level 5 will be advantageous.
