We are seeking a Contracts Manager with a proven ability to develop and execute collaborative growth strategies with our contracted customers. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and innovative thinking to provide responsive solutions to our clients. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where deadlines are non-negotiable, and delays in supplying essential items can grind entire factories to a halt.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with new customers, creating engaging presentations and proposals, responding to tenders, and building trust with key stakeholders. Throughout this process, your strong business acumen will enable you to minimize legal and commercial risks while maximizing profitability.

- Extensive experience in contract negotiations, customer proposals, bidding, and tenders.

- Knowledge of procurement, including international sourcing.
- Exceptional time-management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management expertise, including the ability to lead and influence both internal and external project teams.
- A solid foundation in legal and commercial knowledge.
- A tertiary qualification in commerce or law is preferred.
