The Opportunity
To support our continued growth, we've created a Hip Product Manager role in Auckland, NZ. Reporting to the NZ Senior Marketing Manager for Orthopaedics, you will be responsible for all aspects of our hip product marketing strategy and tactical support across NZ.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical expertise and training across all Hip products and developing new product launch plans for the region
- Offering competitor analysis, market research on trends, and supporting pricing functions and processes
- Adapting product messaging and collateral for local use, and working closely with KOL to support development of product line
- Partnering with regulatory and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful execution, attending conferences and providing product demo as required
About You
- Background in orthopaedic sales, preferably with marketing and new product launch experience, plus an understanding of supply chain
- Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset, and collaborative with the ability to influence across diverse teams
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, actionable insights, together with excellent project management, organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent skills in documentation, technical writing, and communication
