About the role

This full-time Project Coordinator role at Accurate Consulting in Mount Wellington, Auckland offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of complex projects for a leading Environmental Consultancy. As a member of the project management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource management
  • Coordinate project activities and communication between cross-functional teams
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of project management processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure successful project delivery

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, preferably in an construction or consulting environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
